My Story

The Big Small Change to Health.

Rina was always busy. She had little time to consider the state of her own health between her employment, family and social life. Eating out, sleeping late and missing workouts were the order of the day. One day she had been unusually tired and dizzy at work. That was her wake-up call.

Rina decided to change, but had to begin with small steps. She found Health Care Tips, a site that contains a number of helpful tips. The initial tip that she experimented was consuming more liquids. Only that single habit had made her more alert. She was motivated and started incorporating a 15 minutes walk at the end of a working day, replacing soda with fresh fruit juice and performing brief breathing exercises during her break.

In weeks, there was a great difference to Rina. She became more energetic, her mood was improved and she even began to sleep better. The changes are the little, simple health care tipes inspired changes in her life but not crippling her schedule.

Rina had a lesson to learn: you do not need any major actions to take care of yourself, small, regular habits can change everything.
